Nisi dojel. Se zgodi, da se pokvari, pri nekaterih znamkah pogosteje kot drugih. Ne sme pa se, da na uradnem servisu spregledajo okvaro in prijavo napake pod jamstvom, tik pred tem. Ko so bili vsi opozorilni znaki, lučke prižigale itd
in torej zakaj potrebno dodat z nosečo ženo in frocom?
Kaj bi šele blo če bi bla tašča v avtu. Tisto bi blo šele nedopustno. Kak si lahko dovolijo, da ti takrat crkne.

Kaj bi šele blo če bi bla tašča v avtu. Tisto bi blo šele nedopustno. Kak si lahko dovolijo, da ti takrat crkne.

Ja, ker če bi bil otrok petnajst in žena ne noseča pa mimovozeči kamioni niso problem. Ali bognedaj, da si sam v avtu, ker takrat pa lahko crkne kar na prehitevalnem, po možnosti še na mostu in za ovinkom.

Še dobro da ni bil sneg, tunel in cisterna z nevarno snovjo.

Zato ker poveča dramatičnost zgodbe. Avto na odstavnem pasu, mimo peljejo šleperji, ti pa z dvoletnim otrokom in ženo v 8m nosečnosti. Pa ne bi bilo treba.

kot odgovren oce, bi jih moral cimprej spraviti za ograjo, seveda skozi desna vrata. vec ne mores storiti. vidis ob ac tudi mercedese z zenami in otroci za ograjo.

res nepotrebno dramatiziranje v taki temi.

res nepotrebno dramatiziranje v taki temi.
A kje piše, da tega ni naredil? Point je, da mu tega NE BI BILO TREBA DELAT DECEMBRA Z OTROCI IN ŽENO NA AC, ČE BI NA SERVISU PRED TEM DETEKTIRALI PROBLEM IN GA ODPRAVILI, PA NISO!

car is ready, I put a complaint direkt to producer Skoda Auto CZ, they just played ping-pong and letting me know Porsche Slovenia will handle this (which they already did in unprofessional way).

Dear Mrs. xxxxx,
I already achieved nothing with Slovenian representative, that is why I contacted you as a higher instance hoping you will convince them to make repair in proper way. I guess I was wrong and you just return the ball back to Slovenia.
I am forced to will pursue this case in Slovenian National Commerce Inspection.
I am sad for Škoda Auto agrees this repair is »as cheap as it can be«, not »good as it should be«.
I can not buy Škodas anymore. Too bad, since I like them and are good cars. But I don't wan't to be a part of cheap attitude you are giving to me as being your customer. The fatal engine failure hurts itself, but it hurts more that you are not standing for the client.
My case is followed by several 10.000 followers on Facebook (Slovenian, Czech and EU Škoda, Kodiaq, RS groups). You can check yourself in you want. I was expecting to give them a winning ending for Skoda and myself by you confirming used and potentially damaged timing belt components should not be reused on new engine. Proving that Škoda is pursuing highest technical standards even after sale.

P.S. I would like the information about engine oil and filter – was it also recycled and reused from the old engine? Just for me to know.

Tole je brezveze, ker se zaposleni med sabo nekak krijejo. Moj predlog je da na linkedin zbrskaš kontakte iz uprave ali vrha podjetja in kontaktiraš direktno osebo odgovorno za aftersales in quality in jim čim bolj objektivno predstaviš zgodbo. Na vrhu se najbrž sploh ne zavedajo kaj se nižje dol po verigi dogaja - vsaj upam da je tako. Če pa počnejo to namenoma potem pa lahko samo še križ narediš čez celo VAG grupo.

Maš verjetno čist prav, ampak mene vseeno moti, da mi turijo star jermen na novo mašino. Ne zarad eurov ampak ker sem zgubil zaupanje v kvaliteto. HB bo kmalu konec garancije in tud če bo kaj vsekalo za jurja, vsaj noben ne bo delal bedaka iz mene.

Jaz se strinjam s tabo. Menda dela ne bi računali, koliko pa pride samo material? Vedno sem misli, da je jermen in ostalo poceni in je najtežje pri velikem servisu vse razkopati.

Ni nujno.
Sam sem imel podoben primer in urgiranje na vrh je zadevo rešilo v enem dnevu, vključno z “nagrado” za nižje v liniji. Prej pa 1 mesec nategovanja in neodzivnosti.

Ni nujno.
Sam sem imel podoben primer in urgiranje na vrh je zadevo rešilo v enem dnevu, vključno z “nagrado” za nižje v liniji. Prej pa 1 mesec nategovanja in neodzivnosti.

Sad, pri Škodi? Če ja, maš kak kontakt? Na ZS. Sicer sem poslal to gospe, ki je vodja poprodajne mreže za Porsche (nisem glih zadel prave) in mi je odgovorila, da je to forwardirala pravemu človeku. Očitno ta "pravi" ni reagiral oz. drži s svojimi.
