Znalci, prosim za pomoč. Danes sem po 5ih dnevih odprl fermentor, ker ni nič brcalo, da stresem še en kvas po pivu. In sem naletel na tole - cca 1 - 2 cm povštra iz kvasa na pivu.
Nakar sem brez dodatnega kvasa nazaj zaprl, nastavil nazaj veho in zavrtel fermentor. Potem je vsaj eno uro veselo prdelo...
Ali je tak povšter normalen za lager kvase?
