Sem se še malo potrudil in prijavil na par angleških forumov, kjer sem našel postopek. Bom kar copy/paste naredil, ker moraš bit registriran na forumu za ogled.
First things first. You'll need to remove the door cards. This is easily done. These are 3 torx screws (T25) along the bottom of the door card. all three of these need to come off

once all the rivets have popped out you need to lift the door card up then pull out. But dont pull out too much as the wiring loom and door lock cable need to be removed. both are very easy to remove the wiring loom plug can be pulled out and the cable for the door lock needs to be aligned with a little gap in the mechanism then that can be pulled out too. once they're out you can pull the door card away and put it somewhere dry until you need to put it back on. remember to collect all the rivets that may have dislodged or fallen out.

so you're left with a naked door. and you can see its not all that complicated underneath really. which is good.
The original speaker is attached with 3 torx screws again T25, when you pull the speaker out its connected with a simple plug which you can pull out.

once your happy that everything fits ok and all is tidy its time to put the door cards back on.
I found gettin the door cards back on again really frustrating but I think it was prob because it was 2 degrees outside and I couldnt feel my fingers anymore (how's that for dedication, lol )
Firstly you need to ensure all the rivets are back on properly into their sockets on the door cards. then line the door card up with the door and plug your wiring loom back in following by the door lock cable.
now as we removed the door card above , this time you do it in reverse. lift the door card onto the door keeping the bottom pulled out slightly so that the rivets dont jump gun and lock into their holes before you've secured the top half in place. ( this is where I kept going wrong )once the top half is in place press it down

the card will secure onto the door. then its a simple case of puttin your screws back in.
I done this with my 14 yr old brother, he was very helpful. I would recommend you have someone to help when you do this. the door cards can be a bit demanding, specially when your tired and you cant wait to turn up that HU and listen to the results. but its all worth it in the end.
