No. Za pot od Ljubljane do Subotice npr. je za večino (hmm, kaj bi to bilo poglobljeno?) sigurno hitreje na Google zemljevidih.( verjetno bi vsi uporabljali BaseCamp, če bi bilo drugače). Ne rabiš dodatne programske navlake ipd. Tako da...

Google zemljevida ne moreš uporabiti direktno z Garmin napravo, a ne...
Za to, kar si ti napisal, sploh ne rabiš ne Basecamp ne google maps, ampak direktno klikneš v napravo.

Poglobljena ruta je pa marsikaj, od natančno določenih točk, poti, znamenitosti, vključitev sledi, kjer ni ceste itd..
Ampak se mi ne da pisati. Res pa je, da večina tega sploh ne uporablja, kar pa ni moj problem.

Google Maps je za Garmin naprave povsem neuporaben...

BaseCamp 4.3.0.2 BETA is now available and can be downloaded HERE[/COLOR].

You will need to unzip the file before installing.

This release does not support XP.

You do not have to uninstall BaseCamp 4.2.5 and it will not overwrite that installation. The BETA and an official release of BaseCamp will live side-by-side but must be used separately. However the 4.3.0.1 BETA will be replaced.

Below is a list of changes. This is only a BETA release.

- Added “Find Intersection” to the Find menu
- Added parsing of the primary find text into address search fields
- Improved ordering of auto-complete results
- Improved street auto-complete results when searching for streets with prefixes and suffixes
- Improved some usability issues with address and intersection searching
- Improved recovery from corrupted cache information from device maps

The BETA is currently only for English users.

Before using this release, back up your data.

NOTE from Garmin: We are aware of several issues with address searching on devices. We ask our users to please test this very well and let us know of the issues you find. Some of them will be duplicates of issues we have already found, but the advanced address search is new for this release and we need a good test bed to be sure that the feature is working correctly when we do the full release.

V BaseCamp se mi prikaže zemljevid (CN EU) samo, ko imam napravo priklopljeno. Ali se da zemljevid videti tudi, ko naprava ni priklopljena in kako se to nastavi?

Če imaš karto na SD, potem samo vtakneš karto v čitalec in ti jo bo videlo.

A če jo instaliram še v računalnik, se bo tudi videla?

Če imaš karte tudi na PC-ju, bi jo moral videti tudi brez naprave. Če pa ne potem pa po @popotnik-ovem navodilu.

Verjetno je odvisno, kam v računalnik jo instaliram?

Mapsource verzijo CN inštaliraj in ti bo videlo karto.

Users have some problems with the installer: MSVCR90.dll is missing, better to wait for a fix.

- Uninstall the previous version of BaseCamp.
- Open up Windows Explorer.
- Navigate to Program Files/Program Files (x86), then the Garmin directory.
- Delete the BaseCamp directory.
- Install BaseCamp 4.3.1.

It works, because I just did it. The uninstaller leaves traces behind, which is why you have to delete the BaseCamp directory before installing this.


P.S.: Vse zgoraj navedeno sem zasledil na netu.

No meni je na Win 7 šlo vse brez težav. Bo pa ta program počasi za uporabit. Sicer so dolgo rabili, da so ga spravili do te mere. Denimo iskanje destinacij v prejšnih verzijah je bilo skoraj neuporabno.
